Hurricane Helene Disaster Relief Project
Northside members and friends, we are being asked to support hurricane Helene victims by donating these much needed items to the disaster relief project:

Non perishable foods such as: beans, rice, box cereals, etc

Please NO CLOTHES

All donors are asked to take their donated items to Bethan SDA Church located at:
2500 NW 50th St
Miami, FL 33142
A truck will be at Bethany SDA Church on Sunday October 6, 2024 to collect all donated items for the hurricane victims and their families. Donations can also be dropped off at Bethany on Saturday October 5, 2024.

World Church Prayer Requests
October 4 – 10, 2024

United States: Pray for those families throughout Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee who have experienced catastrophic flooding and loss from hurricane Helene. Many are still trapped in mountain communities without the ability to communicate. Pray for the rescue efforts underway.

Ireland: Pray for the West Dublin SDA Church as they seek to finish their renovations. Pray that the Lord will provide the funds and that the facilities will be used to further the Gospel.

Philippines: Pray for the upcoming city-wide evangelism for elites and young professionals in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. The series will run October 13-19, 2024.

United States: Please pray for “Prophecy Odyssey,” the series by Doug Batchelor currently in progress in New York City. Pray that the Holy Spirit will be poured out and touch many hearts and minds as the series ends this weekend.

Botswana: Pray for the success of the Voice of Prophecy lessons in Mabule. This is an unentered area and we need the Holy Spirit to make this a success.

Jamaica: Pray for the “Sound the Alarm” evangelistic series in Rosend, St. Mary in the North East Jamaica Conference. Please pray for the Advent message to be proclaimed with the anointing of the Holy Spirit so that souls will be won for God’s kingdom.
